How did it happen that food has become one of the most stressful parts of our lives?

A healthy diet has nothing to do with dietary restrictions nor calorie control.

There is no diet nor restriction that can accomplish what simply eating healthy does.

There is a substantial difference between eating and nourishing. Eating means to simply put food in our mouths while nourishing means to choose the right food to sustain our health and growth. To nourish is to take care of ourselves.
